From staffing and managing in-store kiosks, to developing and delivering targeted sales training, to deploying highly effective B2B outside sales teams. Compensation Package:

  • Hourly – 10.75/per hour plus commission. (Pay rates are different for Kansas City & Kansas City South. There is some room for negotiating the hourly rate in MN. If a candidate is out of the range but well qualified, please e-mail Jeff Sexton and copy Barry Hall and explain the persons experience, position applied for, location and desired pay rate for consideration and possible approval.)
  • Paid Time-Off (PTO) – Up to 40 hours years 0-2 years. Up to 80 hours or 2 years of service and more. PTO is accrued upon hire or transfer to a benefit eligible position. Eligible employees must be scheduled to work a minimum of thirty-two (32) hours per week on a regular basis. Employees working less than thirty-two (32) hours per week on a regular basis and temporary employees are not eligible to accrue PTO. Although employees begin to accrue PTO immediatelyupon hire or transfer into a benefit eligible position, employees may begin using their PTO on the first of the month following three (3) months of consecutive employment.

Job Highlights:

The Wireless Sales Consultant will be working in a Store Within A Store (SWAS) at our clients Sprint Radio Shack locations. The primary function of the Wireless Sales Consultant is to ensure their sales goals are met and their performance exceeds the customer’s service level goals. 

The Wireless Sales Consultant will be assigned to work in Sprint Radio Shack stores selling wireless plans. There will be 1 – 3 Wireless Sales Consultants per location. The Wireless Sales Consultants will be compensated by the hour and will also be eligible for additional earnings via a commission plan. Fulltime Wireless Sales Consultant’swill work up to 40 hours per week and Part Time Wireless Sales Associates will work 20-30 hours per week. Actual hours worked may vary based upon business needs. The Wireless Sales Consultants willbe responsible for cash handling and will be trained on and use theSprint in store Point of Sale Technology.

In addition to the Wireless Sales Managers and a Wireless Sales Consultants, the Sprint RS Project will have up to 18 full time (40 hours per week) Wireless Experts who will agree to cover multiple stores as business needs/employee staffing levels require. Pay rate is $12.25 per hour plus commission. (The Wireless Expert pay rate is different in Kansas City & Kansas City South). These individuals will be our most qualified candidates and will receive additional compensation for being a part of this team. These individuals shouldbe thought of as possible managers in training who could become Wireless Managers with additional time and/or experience. In addition to having 17 Wireless Experts to cover last minute absences and vacations etc., all PT employees will be working a flexible schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week. Although the employee should have a “home store” they should expect to spend part of each week covering for absences in other locations. All Full Time employees must also have the understanding that they may be assigned at a location other than their primary location on an as needed basis as required to meet staffing goals.
